Privacy Notice
Effective date: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Notice describes how Invoinex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects and handles personal information when you visit our website, join the waitlist, or use our invoicing product and related services (the “Services”). It reflects how the product works today. It is not legal advice; you may want counsel to review it for your jurisdiction.
By continuing to use the Services after being provided with this Privacy Notice, you acknowledge the practices described here. Questions: info@invoinex.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — email address and credentials you use to sign up and sign in. If you enable an authenticator app, we store the information needed for that second factor. Sign-in may also use a one-time email verification code.
- Business content — clients, companies, invoices, proposals, business profile details, and related files (such as logos) you create in the product.
- Team information — invitation and membership details when you invite teammates.
- Waitlist — email addresses submitted for early access.
- Subscription billing — if you subscribe, our payment processor collects payment details needed to charge your plan. We receive subscription status and related billing records, not your full card number.
- Technical and usage information — information automatically collected when you use the Services (for example, IP address, browser or device type, and pages accessed), plus essential browser storage for your session, theme preference, and cookie choices. See our Cookie Policy.
- Support and feedback — information you choose to send us when you contact us.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Services (accounts, access control, and support).
- Send transactional messages related to your account and use of the Services (for example, sign-in codes, invoice or proposal links, and team invitations).
- Process SaaS subscription payments and manage your billing account.
- Respond to waitlist and support requests.
- Improve the Services and understand how they are used.
- Measure site usage only if you opt in to analytics via the cookie preferences banner (no analytics tools run until you consent).
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Services (for example hosting, email delivery, authentication infrastructure, and payment processing). They may process data only as needed to perform work for us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
- People you authorize — teammates on your account, and clients or other recipients when you send or share invoices and proposals.
- Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, protect rights and security, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that deal.
- With your consent — when you direct us to share information or otherwise agree.
We do not sell your personal information for others’ marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep account and business data while your account is active. If you delete your account from dashboard settings, we remove associated account and business data as implemented in the product. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or we close the waitlist. Our providers may retain limited logs for a short period for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain account information in the product and delete your account from dashboard settings when signed in. You can change cookie preferences at any time via Cookie settings in the footer or on the Cookie Policy page.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@invoinex.com.
If we send marketing email, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in that message. We may still send transactional or account-related messages.
How we protect information
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or modification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and do not share them with others.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
Children
Invoinex is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will post the revised notice on this page and update the effective date above. If you object to changes, you may stop using the Services and delete your account. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised notice.
